  I went to Alvins Island bought shirt and pair of shorts. Because they do not have a dressing room I had to go back to my motel room to try my clothes on. Both items were too small. I took them back to the store within 24 hours for a refund, which is allowed by consumer's law. The manager was very rude, insinuating and mocking me when I ask for a refund. Her only reason that I could not get a refund was the 'tag' was gone. I went to the rack for an identical shirt with the tag on it and she still would not refund me. I will never go into this store again. Not only because of the lack of refund, but because of the embarrassing and demeaning customer service from the manager.
